 | Hospitality and Healthcare Linen Rental Service – Outside
Sales Representative |
This is an ideal position for those who are out going, friendly and
professional in demeanor. You will be joining a team environment where you
are empowered to go after new business using your skills and creativity.
You will work independently a majority of your time, while having the
support of an outstanding service team to maintain the clients you secure.
If you love to negotiate with your clients, this is the position for
you...Experience in consultative sales is a plus for sales success in this
field.
As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to advance, thrive
and grow professionally and financially. We offer a compensation package
including:

 | Base Salary plus Commission |

Responsibilities:
 | Specialize in generating new business through prospecting, cold
calling, networking and relationship building. |
 | Increase sales productivity through business to business outside
selling. |
 | Target companies of all sizes and in a variety of industries. |
 | Identify and develop new prospects. |
 | Determine profitability of new pieces of business and set client
pricing. |
 | Develop competitive proposals for potential clients. |
 | Perform Product Demonstrations when needed. |
 | Limited travel outside of local territory assignment. |
Qualifications:
 | Well-Spoken, Self-Motivated and Persistent. |
 | Able to work independently without daily direct supervision. |
 | Comfortable working with variables in negotiating contractual
agreements. |
 | Professional Appearance and Demeanor is Mandatory. |
 | Possess excellent relationship building skills. |
 | Thrive in a quota driven environment while staying focused, customer
service oriented, organized and flexible. |
 | Effective Time Management and personal self-motivational skills will
lead to the highest level of success. |
 | Representatives must complete weekly reports promptly. |
 | Ability to function in a very results oriented atmosphere. |
 | Clean Driving Record with reliable transportation is required. |
 | Prefer One or More Years of Outside Sales Experience. |
Desired But Not Required:
 | Experience in working in consultative sales cycle environment. |
 | Able to work in commission driven environment: base salary is not
primary source of income. |
